Overview
On your possession day, all new Bosa Properties homeowners will receive an email notification to activate your Bosa Properties Customer Portal account. The email will be sent around 9:00 am PST coming from Bosa Properties Customer Care (customercare@bosaproperties.com). A screen shot example of the email content can be found below:
How to Activate your account.
- Click on the activation link found in your email. This activation link is unique to your account only.
- You will be redirected to the activation page where you can create your password.
- Click Activate and Log In.
- Congratulations! You have successfully activated your account. You will be automatically logged in to the home page of the Bosa Properties Customer Portal.
I haven't received my activation email.
- If you use multiple email addresses, it will be sent to the same email address where you receive your deposit reminders and project updates.
- Check your spam or junk mail folders incase the email was flagged.
I completed the form on the Sign Up page but it says my email address is unauthorized.
First check to see if you received the activation email.
- Then follow the steps on How to Activate your account instructions above.
- All new homeowners' customer portal accounts have been pre-created as a contact record.
- The Sign-Up page is to allow additional unit occupants, tenants, realtors and property managers to have access to your unit's portal account. For more details, check out our article on How to Register for a Bosa Properties Customer Portal account.
