Here are some tips and details to ensure a successful moving day and an easy first week in your new home.
A reminder that once you receive your Official Notice of Completion, we highly recommend that you:
- Book your possession date with the Bosa Properties Homeowner Experience Specialist • Book your elevator with the Strata Property Management (AWM Alliance Real Estate)
- You will receive instructions from your Strata management to register for their portal (separate from the Bosa Properties homeowner portal), where you can request to book the elevator for your specified date
- Source required vendors for your move (ie. moving company, insurance, etc.)
- Your Homeowner Portal will have recommendations for various vendors.
On your move-in day, your Homeowner Experience Specialist (part of the Bosa Properties team) will provide you with access to a couple of important resources:
HOMEOWNER PORTAL
You'll be directed to a QR code to register on your homeowner portal. This is where you will have access to all your pre-completion resources, post-completion resources and where you will submit any warranty/deficiency tickets to the customer care team.
HOMEOWNER MANUAL/MANUAL PACKAGE
Your customer care team will provide you with a "Homeowner Manual" (either a digital or physical copy) which will outline important details about your home. You'll also be provided with a package of all your appliance manuals.
We highly recommend that you spend some time familiarizing yourself with your Homeowner Manual and subsequent appliance manuals to ensure you're well acquainted with the features of your home.
