Bosa Properties Customer Care Team:

For any warranty claims and/or reporting any issues with your interior finishing, please submit a Customer Care service ticket via the Homeowner Portal.


You will need to be registered and signed in to submit a service ticket to Customer Care. We recommend you do this as soon as you receive your access code. Once you are registered, you can take the following steps:


  • Step 1: Login to your homeowner portal
  • Step 2: Review all maintenance documents relevant to your home or issue
  • Step 3: If required, submit a service request
  • Step 4: Customer Care will reach out to schedule an appointment to review your service request
